Our shipping policy is simple: shipping is free on all orders! Orders are normally shipped either via FedEx or USPS.

Our return policy is also simple:

1. We are committed to your satisfaction with our Torah lecture series. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via the contact form, indicating your name, order number and reason for dissatisfaction. You may also call us at 800-797-7729.

2. If you have purchased a CD or tape and it needs replacing, we will contact you with instructions on how and where to return your package. Please do not return an item without consulting RabbiIrons.org first.

If you choose to return an item because it is not what you want, please notify us within 1 week and upon receipt of the returned product we will refund the price of the item plus any applicable sales tax. Notifications after 1 week may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you are returning a defective product, no restocking fee will be imposed.

For your protection, return your item using a carrier that offers package tracking and insurance.

We will issue a refund to your credit card and notify you via email after we have received your item.
